After taking several certifications, I realized there were 6 things needed in order to become a successful life coach - and while I appreciate and value all of the certifications that I took, the truth is - none of them contained all 6 of these necessary components. 

The 6 things that helped me to become successful were:

1. Understanding the business side of coaching - legalities, insurance, paperwork, passive & active income, how to use social media to drive business to my coaching practice, how to create my ideal client avatar and last but certainly not least - how to grow my online business so that I could stay motivated.

2. A niche with high demand and low supply. An amazing life coach without a niche is like an expert fisherman without a pole!! Most life coaching certifications teach coaching and each member has to find their own niche - this course includes one while also helping you to see how to grow and expand in other directions should you choose.

3. Training in life coaching skills in alignment with the highest standards in the industry.

4. Trauma Informed Coaching that allows a coach to work with individuals that have undergone emotional trauma either by narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma or that are working through Complex PTSD. Without being able to address this layer of trauma.... many coaches help on a surface level - but trauma informed care helps you to know how to get the subconscious and the autonomic nervous system on board this recovery journey.

5. A personal development program to help you to strengthen the beliefs and characteristics that will enable you to develop a successful practice. Many wounded healers have the heart to want to help others, but if their wounds are still unhealed - we can often get in our own way, so to speak. This course has an intense personal development part designed to help sharpen and/or strengthen yourself. I always say you are your first client!! This is an opportunity to help strengthen any areas on your own healing journey that may need to be strengthened so that you are in the best place to help others!

6. Peer coaching practice under the supervision of the Instructor gives you the ability to receive valuable feedback that polishes your coaching abilities. Without a live instructor to evaluate - you are 'learning' but unable to know if you can apply. 

Some of the certifications I have taken in the past had 1, or 2 of the above - but none had ALL 6. 

THIS Certification Course provides information on all 6 of the above needed components!!!!

This is a 60 hour intensive live training program with an instructor their to teach as well as to evaluate your progress as a coach. 

Attendance and participation are requirements for certification - you are allowed to miss 3 classes and watch the recording.

Once all assignments and practicum, as well as 3 hours of mentoring have been completed, you will receive a Certification as a Trauma Informed Life Coach.

* Strengthen your own personal development so as to be able to hold a safe space for your clients via topics such as: Boundaries, Self Care, Self Image, How to Overcome Subconscious Blocks, and How to Work Through Emotional Triggers
